I recently have got a macbook and want to use it at school (I'm a teacher) with my smartboard. It was working fine until last friday when It suddenly stopped working. Now when I hook it up all i get is my desktop wallpaper but no icons or curser? It does work with my monitor at home though? Was puzzled because it does seem to see my macbook but not completely! Any ideas?

Hello Hannahj and Welcome!
When you hook up your MacBook to the Smartboard, try pushing the F7 key. If that does not work, try pushing and holding the FN key and then pressing the F7 key. That should do the trick. If not, let us know.
