Voice control disables at random

I use Voice Control (Accessibility) daily. For me it works perfectly except every so often it stops working and I have to go to Apple > Accessibility > Voice Control to re-enable it. That seems to fix the problem, but it is annoying. It remains enabled for hours/days then suddenly stops. Rebooting does not fix the problem

Sorry, I thought I'd mentioned that! M1, Monterey until a couple of days ago. Since updating to Ventura, the problem happens occasionally rather than often – but it's still there.
I've recently developed a time-saving workaround: I wrote a Shortcut so now with one click I can disable then re-enable Voice Control rather than going into settings and do it manually.
