Uninstalling Apache and SQL

A Simple Machines forum I try to run ran into a cyberattack, and has been getting nearly 120,000 "posts" in 4 days. I was advised to use phpMyAdmin/SQL to help deal with it and, being a low-tech elderly grunt, followed some guide to download it, and set up stuff on my Terminal -- some sudo and nano items -- since when I'm no further with the problem but my Mac has grievously slowed down. I'd like to know how to get rid of the stuff I put in. I run a MacBook Pro with Mavericks 10.9.2 and my usual browser is Safari 7.0.3, though I also have Chrome. Any simple advice greatly appreciated!
