Hello everyone,
I recently received a MacBook Pro 13" Early 2015. I was trying to upgrade from Big Sur to Monterey and during the process I encountered this error "required firmware update cannot be installed. Compatible internal storage is required in order to update".
Now I understand that in order to do the firmware update, the original Apple SSD is required. I have the original Apple ssd and even with the oem ssd I am not able to update the firmware.
If someone can shed some light on this issue I will appreciate it a lot.
Thanks in advance.
