SOLVED Unidentified Login Items & Unable to Delete

Hi - asking for help about Mac OS 13.0.1
When I go to Preferences -> Login Items, under "Allow in Background" there are items that I think are from old software but am unable to delete (although I've disabled).
One is "Julien Ramseier" and the other is "Wolfgang Baird"
The Wolfgang one I am pretty sure is from C-Dock, although I don't have that installed anymore.
There must be a way to manually delete these files in the Library, but I can't find them

I was finally able to remove them with CleanMyMacX under "Launch Agents"
