Mac OSX 10.9.1
iMac 27" Mid 2011
TM backup is on a network disk (NAS running RAID6)
Backups appear to be happening. No errors reported and it claims that "Last backup was "today at hh:nn"
When entering TM to do a restore I gat the following message" TM then exits
"Can't connect to a current Time Machine backup disk"
TM opens a connection to "Time machine backups" that I can see in Finder but this does not appear to open the NAS box.
If I try to click on "Gregs iMac" it claims I do not have permission to see its contents (Not sure if this is normal as I have never tried using Finder this way before.)
This is the first time I have attempted a restore since installing Mavericks if that is relevant.
Any suggestions?
