Transferring Photos Question ?

Hi,

Not too sharp with this, so please bear with me a bit

Have a zillion photos on my iPhone.

Using Google Photos, which I imagine is a "cross platform" for both, how can
I transfer them to my mac desktop ?

Is putting them in Google Photos the best way ?

Secondary question:

I would also like to have them in a mail Folder, but I doubt this is practical without using email as the transfer. Any way ?

To move the photos from your phone to your Mac is not hard. While its connected to your Mac, open the Photos.app and select your phone in the sidebar, and then click on Import.

Having that many pictures in a mail folder may use up more space than your ISP allocates for email.
