Like the title, and about a billion other people say, I keep getting this "the backup disk could not be found" error type of thing.
One the apple site it said to erase and start over, and we tried that, but it's not a very good fix if it's just going to happen again.
If anyone knows how to permanently fix this...
P.S - please don't tell me to search, because I've searched just about everything :)

Hi there,

first off..can you give some details.

What type of disk are you using?

How is the disk formatted? (command + i ) on the disk...

It's a Lacie drive, 320 GB.
I can't really do the Command+i thing, because I'm not at the same house the mac is.
But I will do that, and post the results up.
Thanks for replying !

Um, the disk doesn't show up on anything?
It says it's not readable or whatever, but doesn't show up.
