System Accounts

Hello-
When I purchased my Mac... A friend set it up for me and under sytsem accounts I have two...One called Admin with a "house" icon and the other called "jessica".

When I download pics and music originally it went into Jessica...but now since I have upgraded my system to OS 10.4.10 everything goes into "admin".

I want to have just one account to have everything go to...what do I do?
