Hello,

Using Monterray.

Always something new:

When I look at "Downloads" now, the list only
has about 10 or so, of the most recent, downloads.

How can I Get it to show, as it has in the past, the last
hundred downloads, or so ?

Thanks,
Bob

Bob, not sure what “list” you are referring to, exactly. Are you talking about the files in your Downloads folder “/Users/[you]/Downloads”? The files in that folder should stay there until you specifically trash them. Or you may have designated your downloads folder to another location, which I have done myself. I changed my downloads folder to one in iCloud drive so that I can access them from my other Macs.

If you are certain that you haven’t deleted files in your downloads folder deliberately, there could be something more sinister going on with your system. Personally I would first suspect one of my senior moments!

Hi Tony

Thanks for thoughts.
Sure is weird.

Never had any of these “anomies” with Catalina. Lots of funny stuff with Monterrey.

Will keep you advised if i find out anything re.

Regards,
Bob
