Search PDF and amend filename

Hi, I was wondering whether it is possible to scan a pdf for phrase and amend that phrase to the filename. In context, I work for an architecture firm and would like to scan the pdf for a drawing revision letter (ie Rev 'A') and amend the original filename with the discovered revision letter...

Example:

1. Original filename is - test.pdf
2. Scan single page pdf for phrase 'Rev A'
3. Amend the filename based upon the discovered phrase.
4. Final filename is.... test Rev A.pdf

Hope that makes some form of sense...

Things to check; Is that text really in the document or is it a scan, if it is a scan and it hasn't been OCR'ed then no you can't.

I haven't tested it but Automator may do this
Ask For Text
Search PDFs
Rename PDF Documents

Yeah text is really in the document.. say you grabbed the text, how do you copy and paste that text into the filename
