I am using a Macbook with Snow Leopard as my OS. I am the administrator.
I have a download file with 20 plus items in it. I wanted to have my download file in the dock and I managed to put an icon in the dock. I have tried moving the files to the dock but no luck. If I click on the dock download icon I am told I do not have permission to use it. When I get info on the download file it shows my name with permission to read and write, but I can not open it. I am a relatively new Mac user and don't know where to turn. Any suggestions?
