Nuisance spam emails

Hello Everyone
For the last 4 months or so I have been plagued by emails reminding men that my Mcafee account was due for renewal, despite my not being aware that I ever had one! They all appear in spam and on checking the sender's address these are all different although starting with Mcafee Newsletter< etc. I have tried to use block domain and block sender but with no success.

Has anyone else suffered from these and if so did they stop them from being sent?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Constantly, but it is not just Mcafee but a much more. They are usually in the spam folder and a lot of them are phishing emails which instantly get deleted.

My email address was probably harvested and now if I want to keep it I have to delete the emails which on some boring days breaks the boredom.

I would just set up a rule to send them to the bin automatically.
