Hi All,
Need help for a customer. Got an iMac (High Sierra); they had some issues with it so they completely reformed the drive. Get the blinking folder icon. Have connected network cable, go to recover menu and try to re-install the OS and get the error - "The recovery server could not be contacted." I have all the tools to create a complete USB bootable drive to re-install the OS, just don't know how to. I've downloaded the High Sierra .dmg from Apple. I also have access to a functioning High Sierra system as well as a Ventura system. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanking you
