Need help installing Adobe Flash after upgrading to Mavericks!

Every time I try to install it, everything goes OK, including "FINISH!" Then I am welcomed to Flash, But then I get a message saying the Adobe Flash plugin has crashed. I've tried installing Flash many times, always with the same result. Can anyone help?

Also, I was able to see the moving clouds in the example, so supposedly I have Flash. But when I go to YouTube and try to view a video, I get the same Flash plugin crash message and can't watch.

I am on Firefox on a Mac desktop version.

Click this link and it will tell you which version of flash you have and if it needs upgrading

Also try disabling any add ons you have installed.

My Flash and Silverlight are the most recent versions. Not sure what add-ons you mean and how to disable them. Thanks!

Firefox ~> Tools ~> Add-ons ~> Extensions

Also try another browser (Safari) and see what happens.
Two other places to check via you go menu on the menu bar.
1) Library- Mozilla - Extensions this is for Fire Fox
2) Same route but look for your Safari folder Extensions.
