The track pad locks up and then it either shuts down or restarts

It usually happens when I'm browsing the internet (doesn't matter what browser) but can happen other times as well but these are less common
I've read a few things online but none seem to help

Please help i will be eternally grateful

Hello and welcome.

From your panic log, I get the following:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 (14F27)

There can be many things that cause kernel panics - software and hardware.

-Did you migrate your data to the MBP from an older Mac?
-Are you running any other third-party software like MacKeeper, CleanMyMac, etc.? I see AVG anti-virus...you could try uninstalling that, as it can cause kernel panics/shut downs.
-When did this issue begin - after an install or update?

I haven't migrated from an old mac
I'm not running any third party software like you mentioned - I uninstalled avg but that hasn't changed anything

This issue began about 4 days into getting my mac, there were a few updates from apple when i first started it up and i did upgrade to Yosemite but the problem had already been happening before the Yosemite update :)

Thanks for helping :)

Cory is definitely a valuable resource, and he has helped numerous folks out with issues. I have a couple of additional thoughts.

First, are you making any kind of backup to an external device?

Secondly, it seems like your machine is not very old. When did you purchase it?

Third, if you have nothing "critical" on your machine, and you are making backups, it might be best if you "start" from scratch to try and resolve the issue. There is an invisible Recovery partition on your machine, and it is possible to start from there. But, we need the answers to the questions I stated before going any further.

Finally, for future reference, when possible, it is best to install applications/updates on your own.

I'm not making any back up at the moment, but I could if i needed to - I don't really have a lot i need to back up as the mac is so new and I haven't transferred many of my documents over yet. It was purchased it on the 24th of August
I wouldn't mind 'starting from scratch' if it meant this would stop
Thank you :)
