Hello! I have a problem with Mail:
I had do delete the account and reset it, but after I did it all my mailboxes disappeared (but they're still visible if I log in from my phone or from the website).
I already checked the panel on the left, and they're not hidden (the only option it gives me is "hide").
The account is set as POP. I don't know if that's the problem. Mail didn't give me the option to select anything else though: it only asked for address and password, and even if I try to change it from "preferences", it does not give me the option to switch to IMAP.
I have no clue. What am I doing wrong?

Hello and welcome.

Yes, adding an account as POP will not sync with the email server and show the online mailboxes.

-Which version of OS X/macOS?
-Who is the email provider?
-Did you add the email account in System Preferences... > Internet Accounts?
