MacBook Pro Not Working Correctly???

I was using my macbook pro and it was going fine, and then the laptop shut itself down for no reason? I had not opened up any new applications to start it, so I turned it back on. It asked me to allow or deny certain file names to have access, so I clicked deny. It is plugged into the charger and it says it is not charging, but when I plug my iPod into the laptop the iPod charges. It keeps unjoining my internet and forcing me to sign back in, and one minute safari/firefox is working and the next it is not. I restarted again, this time clicking allow on the file messages that popped up, and I'm still having the charging and internet issues. Please help???
