Macbook keeps turning off

I don't even know how long I have to write this. About a week or so ago, my Macbook suddenly started turning off randomly. It doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing, although having multiple programs open seems to make it turn off sooner. But it always turns off. I have tried it plugged in and not plugged in, connected to the internet and not. I don't know what's wrong, and it's really starting to bug me. Please help!!!

Have you applied the firmware update?
