MacBook iTunes - WireTap Studio edits

MacBook OS X 10.6.8; WireTap Studio 1.2.0(17211) - I have tunes which I edited in WireTap Studio Editor, then downloaded to iTunes Library; apparently I deleted some from WTS Library; now, I want to bring a tune over from iTunes Library into the WTS Editor and re-edit it; can't figure out how to do that; thought it was an EXPORT from iTunes, but that doesn't work; thought it was a drag-n-drop to Editor, but that doesn't work.

Would much appreciate some direction about how to resolve this. Thank you.

Hello and welcome.

You could try clicking and dragging the track from the iTunes window to your Desktop. That should create a copy of the file. You can then open it with WireTap Studio from there, or move it to where the others are an open it.

The track will remain in iTunes though, so be aware of that.
