Has anyone had this problem? This is the first time I have encountered
this. My computer will be booting up, and right when it is about to go
into the Windows XP loading screen, there will be a brief flicker of a
blue screen (like a fraction of a second), but then the computer will
automatically restart itself and begin the process again. It gives me
the option to start the computer normally, start with the last known
good configuration, or start up in safe mode (with/ without
networking), it doesn't matter which option I choose, the outcome is
always the same -- it reboots itself.

Re: Mac OS X Tiger - Having Problem to start Windows: Welcome to ur first BSD

Has anyone had this problem?

Hi there welcome to the world of windoze. everyone who uses windows will have this problem sooner or later, it's called the bluescreen of death. it's going by so fast u can't see the gorp it's displaying, but no matter, the error codes rarely help. there are lots of reasons this may be happening, and usually it indicates a hardware config problem that windows is just barfing up on. do a search on bluescreen of death and u will eventually get to a library of ms kbs that will lead u down an endless path of quasi-solutions. But first, are u trying to get there from Parrallels or VMWare? Or straight bootcamp from a cold boot? Let us know. I bet there are some windoze experts lurking here.
