Mac Mail routes all of my e-mail to Junk mailbox

A few days ago my Mac Mail began sending all of my e-mail to the Junk mailbox instead of the regular Inbox. I have no idea what caused this, nor, more importantly, how to reset it so my e-mail is sent to the Inbox. Any suggestions?

First thing would be to check the settings in the Mail application: Change Junk Mail preferences in Mail on Mac

I tried changing the junk mail preferences, resetting the whole thing, turning off junk mail filter. Nothing worked.
