Mac Mail : multiple users for same email

Hello,
Several people have access to the company info@ email account. We are unable to see from the different computers if others have answered an incoming email.
Wondering if there's a way to see the message thread from any computer with access to that account?

Hello and welcome.

If you setup the email account on all of the computers as IMAP, and all of the mailboxes - inbox/sent/drafts/etc. are set to reside on the server, then the various people should see the same status on their computers.

-Who is the email provider - your own domain, Google, Yahoo!, etc.?
-How was the account setup in Mail?
-Are all users using Macs?
-Have you tried having everyone access the email account via webmail?
