The best way to remove it and all its associated "pieces" is to download, install, and run the excellent freeware program AppCleaner, available from here:
AppCleaner does an excellent job in finding most (maybe all?) of the files/folders, etc. associated with the app. To find the remaining pieces, you can do a search. The Mac OS comes with Spotlight, but I prefer the excellent free application EasyFind, available from here:
