As a Monitor for my Mac Pro 6.1 (2013) A1481 I am using a Analogue TV ‘LG’ 43” (sorry I do not know Model No.) I have been using this TV as a monitor since I bought the Mac Pro in April 2014 even then TV was 2 or 3 years old. Problem now is my Condo Block has switched to Digital TV. So now my landlord (yes I’m renting) wants to give me a digital TV. I am concern my Mac Pro will not work as good or at all with a new Digital TV using as at present HDMI to HDMI connection. The quality of my (his) LG 43” is like new when on any Mac operation including, 100’s of spreadsheets (Print sharp vision). even after 10 years of use. but my (his) 43” LG TV is for the chopping block.
You guessed it, question is will Mac Pro work with a digital TV as it does a Analogue TV ?
As always Thanks in advance.
