Hello and welcome.

You should be able to simply connect each iPhone and sync them with iTunes. iTunes is smart enough to identify them individually and keep them separated, as it is designed to be able to sync numerous iOS devices, maintain backups, etc.

Thank you Cory. I was a bit apprehensive when it kept asking me to set the phone up as a new phone as I didn't want it to mess with my first phone. However, as I discovered, I really just had to apply the name of the new phone first. All good thank you very much.
