iTunes & Podcasts help

Hello......
I was hoping for some help with the podcasts section of my iTunes. When I opened iTunes there were new podcasts downloading but it also put "GET ALL" to podcasts I already had in my iTunes library and have listened to. How do I stop this because it's going to duplicate all of these for no reason. Thanks....

Hi If you high light Podcasts in your itunes at the bottom you can see "Subscribe & Settings" under setting you can set Check for new episodes to manually in other word you decide what comes down
you can also ajust the other setting to your liking hear.
