iTunes 11.2.1
iMac 10.6.8
iTunes resides on my start-up drive: Users: me: Music: iTunes: iTunes Media.
In column view under iTunes Media are the folders: Audiobooks, Automatically add to iTunes, Books, Home Videos, iTunes U, Mobile Applications, Movies, Music, Podcasts. Still in column view, opening the folders under iTunes media, all but Books and Home Video have some files in them.
Now we move to the iTunes app. Listed under the sidebar are 3 main headings: Library, iTunes Store, my playlists. The items under Library are: Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, iTunes U, Books, Apps. The Music section of the Library is well-populated. However – and this is the issue – Movies, and iTunes U do not connect me to my own collections, but only provide a link to the iTunes store.
I have other organizational problems with iTunes, but getting this one solved will be a good start. Ant suggestions?
Thank you.
