Is it possible to change native app icons in Big Sur

Is there a way to change icons of apps like Safari back to Catalina icons?

Hello,

I believe that Big Sur has enabled security to prevent altering application icons. My MBA running Big Sur does not allow the icon for Safari to be changed either.

Yeah I guess so. I'll downgrade to Catalina because I have some battery issues as well.
