Internet access

I have a second user on my macbook for my daughter. Everything worked fine but from last week she can't access the internet.
Laptop is conected to the router but can't access any internet page. When I try with my account, it works just fine.
Any ideia what's wrong?

Hello and welcome.

Maybe Parental Controls were enabled on her account? Where to look to check depends on your version of OS X/macOS, and if you are using a Family iCloud account.
