Internal Hard Drive, Which one?

Hi.
Want to say firstly how much this site has helped me find answers over the few months of owning my first mac. Thanks...
Now to the question!! I have a mac pro 2.66 Dual Core. I have one 250G Hard drive and I want to install another. Thinking of a 750G or 1TB.. not sure! Do i need to look for anything in particular or can i just get any make. What would you recommend? Any feedback would be very welcome!

Any brand should work, but make sure it's sata and not ata (needs to be serial).

Do you know what is factory installed? Not that i'm bothered, just curios!!
