IMac - Epson XP 620 Paper Jams

Hello all - new to this forum so not sure where this post should go - only just got my iMac after years as a Windows slave - finally relented

I have installed my iMac and am using an Epson XP 620 printer - with my iMac it paper jams EVERY TIME and yet with my old Windows PC (Soon to be introduced to the bin) I can print the same documents with no problem ?

Any ideas ?

Hi and welcome,

I know its basic, but have you got the correct software and drivers for OS? Make sure you not in windows and go here,

Epson should automatically detect your Mac OS ( as my screen shot) then you can check you have the correct Epson software.
