How to stop Macbook from auto-creating these folders

My Macbook automatically creates two empty folders titled "Apple TV library" and "Media" in my Movies folder. Any ideas how to stop this? I have tried deleting the folders but they keep repopulating automatically. My OS is Big Sur.

I have just checked my machines, 2 iMacs and a MacBook Air running Big Sur and an iMac running El Capitan, none of them have the folders you describe.
