After I updated to OS X 10.11.1, I was suddenly unable to write on my External Samsung Hard Drive. In an attempt to solve the problem I reinstalled the software to be able to use it but now the computer won't read the HD, or at least it won't show on the desktop or the finder because Disk Utility does show it, and it works on other Macs just fine.
