How to find a file!!!

My TTC text converter has disappeared from my Desktop. I have looked through my files but dont know where or how to find it!
I may have placed it in another file but when I try to open the file that I may have put it in an ErroR message pops up:confused::confused:

Can someone pleeeaase help me!
I have no way or Idea how to get my fonts converted to use in Adobe!
