How to copy/paste several cell groups between Excel sheets - and repeat this in several Excel files?

Let's say I have an Excel file with two sheet, Sheet1 and Sheet2.
I want to copy
A1-B3 from Sheet1 to A1-B3 in Sheet2,
A4-B6 from Sheet1 to C1-D3 in Sheet2,
…
And do this in several Excel files.

Is this possible with Automator ?
