Two weeks ago i updated my MacBook Pro 13" Retina Early 2015 from Sierra to High Sierra. Unfortunately I didn't back up before installing! Silly me.
Once upgrade finished, I found that I couldn't use my apple mouse via bluetooth. Clicked on mouse in system preferences, but mouse was not found. Turned both MacBook and mouse off and tried again, but not success.
Scoured Google for solution and found that deleting bluetooth plist, PRAM and SMC would fix problem. But that didn't. Ran diagnostics (pressing D while booting) but no errors shown.
Thing is that I cannot turn off bluetooth. The off button is greyed out. Most solutions suggested that I turn this off and start again.
Short of fresh install, is there anything else I can do? Would appreciate any guidance. Cheers Bill
