Hidden me and Textsniper not working on Sonoma

I just bought a MacBook Pro 3m pro. I purchased the Textsniper and Hidden app and installed it. They went to my menu bar and when I turned off my computer and turned it back on they weren't there. Now it won’t even open. Please advise. Eric

It happened to me, too, when I upgraded my from macOS Monterey to macOS Sonoma.
Apparently the Text Sniper app is not working under Sonoma unless you purchase a newer version (1.10.1 or higher).
Therefore, your only solution (unfortunately) is upgrading the app by purchasing the newer version.
That's my humble opinion.
