I,ve instaled a new hard drive on my macbook, and now when I try to install Mac OS X 10.4.6 it starts fine but it doesn't give me any options on the menu when I have to choose a destination to install it in... Any idea why ?

Hi there and welcome !

Silly question first...have you rechecked the connections...if you swap back in the old drive does it see it ?

What make and model is the new drive ?

thank you! I've sorted it... the new drive wasn't formated yet, so I had to create a new partition with the disc utility, creating a volume to install OS X...
