Help Me Configure My Macbook

Hi,
I bought a second hand Macbook, Late 2008. It was already having somebody's i cloud registration and also the same person's admin user registration.
Despite of the fact that I have put my apple id and user name, it is not accepting the same.

what version of mac os x is on it? you'll need to erase, partition then reformat it for a fresh install of mac os x.
