Having trouble with find/replace all in MacWord

Hi all:
I used find/replace all in MacWord and it messed up the title page and the TOC. I used option/Z to try to undo the mess I made, but it isn't working. This is a v. imp. doc. with a tight deadline.

does not have TimeMachine roll back, sorry. Pages is far better, and it saves as Word Docs.

Thanks Kaveman, I just figured out that I should never use "Find/Replace All" for word combinations.
Major disaster. I chalked it up to a learning experience.
