    Summary
How can I extract all domains from the email addresses I have deemed as spam in Mail and create a textfile of these domains?

    Specifically
I have my mail on different iOS devices. The built-in spamfilter is somewhat OK on my iMac but I get massive amount on my iPhone where I can't filter away the spam.

What I want to do is to get a list of the domains these spams are sent from so that I can upload this list to my server and thus blocking it before it reaches my inbox on various devices. At the moment I do this manually which is becoming extremely time-consuming.

I am not a programmer and I tried in vain to find a solution in Automator. I am sure someone has already thought of this and perhaps there is a template out there.

    thanks for any directions.
