Flash Player Problem

I'm using iMac OS X Tiger (10.4.7). I cannot play videos on YouTube. I know I need Flash Player to view those videos. I have Flash Player 7 installed. I tried to install Flash Player 9, but still it doesn't work. I can't play any video. Do I have to unistall Flash Player 7 first? I appreciate any advice.
