Final Cut Express output help needed

I have Final Cut Express, and although I don't need to do a lot of hardcore video editing, I do need to be able to output my videos in .mpeg format. However that isn't an option for me, am I missing a plugin or something?

Also, I could live with the fact of being able to only output to .mov format, if I could find a decent program to convert the .mov files to .mpeg and/or .wmv, does anyone know of such a program, BESIDES ffmpeg?

Of course, I would prefer to be able to output to .mpeg right from Final Cut Express, so if anyone can help me with that I would greatly appreciate it. :)
