File sharing and Torrent downloading apps

I currently use Vuze, but it messes with the internet connection on my computer, and all the others in the network. It doesn't allow us to use the internet at all while it is downloading a torrent.

Is there any program that will let you simultaneously download a torrent and use the browser?
