My wife and I have been using Entourage for 6 months with no problems until this week. My mail can still be sent and received (we are using the same mail server) but hers just stopped working. We haven't changed her settings at all. Here is the error message I get:
"Unexpected error has occurred, please restart Entourage or verify and rebuild database"
That may not be the exact wording, but close enough. I verified the database and found no errors. So I had the utility program rebuild the database, but it still won't send and receive.
Thoughts?
