Hi,
I'm new. I searched already. Please be gentle.
I use Entourage with IMAP folders (hosted at Dreamhost, Linux not Exchange-based) and I need to be able to view all the folders under the root (INBOX) when I am offline. I am using a 2 GHz Duo MacBook with Tiger 10.4.10
I tried clicking 'Work Offline' and the folders initially remain visible. However, after closing and reopening, Entourage opens in 'Offline' mode, but I can only view the INBOX. The folders are gone.
Stupid me - I thought 'Work Offline' would allow me to actually work offline...
What am I doing wrong? Please help. This has to be simple. I really need to able to view folders offline and I am sure this must be possible, even with IMAP folders. Please put me out of my misery.
Thanks.
