When I click on a 'Contact Us' button in for example a marketing email or ad, I get opened at a namecheap email provider that I subscribed to several years ago. I've tried to get rid of it but can't - don't have the old login details and it doesn't appear in my email accounts. Drives me nuts. Help!

Hello and welcome.
I assume this is in the Apple Mail application? If so, it may have to do with your Previous Recipients list. This article is a bit old, but should still explain how to remove the old email addresses:
