Hi. I’ve tried to download Microsoft teams on my MacBook Air which it seems to have done several times as can see in downloads. But when I click into it it’s like it’s asking me to download again - help!

-Which model Mac?
-Which version of OS X/macOS?
-Which version of Microsoft Teams and where are you downloading it from?
-If you are downloading from Microsoft's website, are you checking your Downloads folder for the Teams_osx.pkg, then double-clicking it to start the installer?
