Download Mail attachments and name them the email subject

Hi There,

I am looking to automate repetitive task in our workplace where people send files to an email and the files are downloaded and named specific things.
Essentially a dream out come would be the ability for someone to send an email with an attached file (typically a video or audio file) and that file be downloaded to a specific folder and named based on what the subject of that email is.

Any ideas on how I could have this always running so that as people send emails to the address the process happens immediately?

This is far beyond my experience with Automator/AppleScript. Maybe someone else here will chime in.
